What payment methods do we accept & is it safe to use my credit card online?

Which countries do we ship to?

We only ship to Australia at the moment.

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?

Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect your delivery to another address. To avoid any delays receiving your order, we suggest that you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.

Can I make a purchase online & collect it from your store?

In NSW yes, just select local pick up when you are processing your sale through the check out.

How do I return or exchange an item?

How do I buy & redeem a Gift Card?

Please see Gift Cards & select your dollar amount.

To redeem your gift certificate, go to your Cart page and click 'Proceed to Checkout'. Under Billing & Payment you will see an option to enter your gift card. A label will appear above the text box with the masked code and its available balance.

Can a Gift Card be used more than once?

Yes, provided there is still a balance remaining.

How do I check my Gift Card balance?

The balance is displayed beside the gift card when applied to your cart during checkout. You can also check your balance by visiting the unique gift card link sent via email.
